This is not in compliance with the rules
If I was responsible for the general strategy regarding skill, I would focus on policies that increase skill-based updates to the abilities. The skills that RS gold demand skill instead of time is my preferred policy. Agility, for example, would be overhauled to ensure that the majority of courses offer more than the default route, with the chance to speed up your run when you're proficient at the skill to qualify for much faster xp.
This would obviously be done with attention to the least boring aspects first. I'd be quite content with bonfires and runespan (if they're not based on skill but they do make things a lot faster), but looking to implement other things to craft skills training, like more exploration of the idea of 'artisanship: producing a few things that are really good and getting recognized for the work you've done it instead of producing a lot of duplicate jewellery which reduces its value and appeal.
This is not in compliance with the rules. Please delete the bug. It's not harmful to anyone, and I don't see any rules against "fun" bug abuse. It won’t be around for long, and it's not in the nature of the rules to impose sanctions for players who exploit glitches that cause no harm or impact to the game or you.
Tutorial Island is somewhat buggy however it's a great option for nostalgic reasons: it's a desirable glitch to try out and doesn't hurt anyone. This is simply an idea I had. Tutorial Island was a location that many fondly remember. Ever wanted to revisit Tutorial Island? You can now.
A small glitch in the combat beta makes this accessible to members. Here's how to add your usual persona to the logo of hunter on the portals for the most recent hunter DnD. Log out and log back in to the beta. To log in, select "import save" and then log out. Explore the walls that are invisible to the northwest of the tutorial island. There's no wall in the northwest building so go in and climb down the ladder. It's yours, Neo.
A year later, Clan Citadels don't appear to be very effective. The point is that it's possible to grind to get a prettier building. But the actual building doesn't do much and isn't very useful. Although the benefit of doing it is genuine, it doesn't have buy RuneScape gold any worth. The next features are, to my knowledge at the very least, useless.
