Chatbot: integrated and real-time communication

Chatbots, or service robots, are already beginning to take up a lot of space in daily life between companies and customers. They increasingly rely on natural language and even have the ability to solve simple problems presented by the public.

In addition to these advantages, these robots controlled by artificial intelligence allow service 24 hours, 7 days a week, including holidays.

So, it is an important way to give answers quickly to the consumer in case of support or even in a sale that could be postponed, if doubts were not answered.

Not for nothing, it is a technology that has had great adhesion in the market. The Map of the Brazilian Botanical Ecosystem 2020 records that the number of chatbots already created in Brazil has exceeded the 100 thousand mark . And those that are still in operation today, in various segments, are responsible for an average of 2.2 billion messages exchanged per month.

An interesting detail of chatbots is that they can generally be integrated into the organization's CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) . This speeds up contacts from the public, who do not have to repeat the same information several times when contacting them.

It is the role of an IT Service Technician to help customers and consumers to understand how to fix their computers as well as other technologies. They also help in the maintenance of computer and web functionality according to the customer’s specifications.
